The definition of sourcing depends on the level of one’s spiritual development. When one is completely Source-realized, sourcing is simply the activity of Source. In total Source-realization, it is obvious that Source is THAT which WE are, and that all of creation is a single process of Source sourcing. Prior to total Source-realization, to the extent that one identifies as being other than Source, sourcing is a practice and a path for realizing oneness with Source and remembering being Source.
The following sections unpack the meaning of sourcing from different perspectives.
Sourcing
From the perspective of Source:
- The activity of Source.
- Source sourcing is Creator creating.
- Sourcing creates everything at once, continuously.
- Sourcing is nondual creativity. The one sourcing is the One.
From the perspective of an individual on the journey of Source-realization:
- Any of infinitely many practices whereby one connects consciously with the source of being and receives truth, wisdom, and vitality.
- Sourcing typically involves asking a question, quieting the small mind, and letting the “vacuum” be filled by the presence and wisdom Source.
- A technology for operating beyond ego.
- An interactive process of opening, inquiring, and receiving wisdom from the depths of one’s being.
- The operating system for an awakened humanity.
- Sourcing is both an art and a science.
- Sourcing is both spiritual and scientific.
- Sourcing is fundamentally creative.
- Sourcing is fundamentally healing and awakening.
- Sourcing erodes all misidentities and all beliefs in being other than Source.
- Sourcing reveals truth beyond the limited mind.
- Sourcing reveals truth beyond the small self.
- Sourcing reveals truth beyond even the one Self and the totality of being.
- Sourcing shifts one from victimhood to creatorship.
- Sourcing shifts one’s orientation from scarcity and lack to real abundance.
- Sourcing reconnects the one sourcing to who and what they are.
- Sourcing reveals what is real and true.
- Sourcing integrates all layers of being.
- The consistent practice of sourcing heals the body, heart, mind, and soul.
- When practiced consistently, sourcing is a direct path of spiritual awakening.
- A benefit of sourcing consistently over time is that the experiences associated with awakening and spiritual emergence tend to be less dramatic and disruptive.
- Through the practice of sourcing, one comes to remember that they are Source.
- Through the practice of sourcing, one comes to know the nondual creativity of being Source and experiencing the creative display of Source simultaneously.
- The practice of sourcing heals the world and brings forth an entirely new creation. All that is possible, the better world that is promised for all, is available through sourcing.
- Sourcing works “better” to the extent that ego is less (and ultimately not at all) involved in the process.
- To the extent that egoicity is minimized and removed from the practice of sourcing AND the context in which one is sourcing, sourcing can be more predictive (but not always, since spontaneity and delightful surprise are part of creation). This is because the one sourcing is the One who is creating the entire context and content of experience. To realize sourceness is to master life.
- In addition to the individual benefits, sourcing accelerates the healing, awakening, and liberation of all apparent others as well.
- Sourcing is an apex spiritual path—and an apex science—since it can take one all the way to the pinnacle realization that there is only THE SUPREME, that all is THE SUPREME, unwaveringly.
