Story

A description of events.
An assemblage of meaningful elements that together form a more or less coherent understanding of a situation or experience.
An interpretation of events or experiences.
To the extent that a story is believed, it forms the frame of one’s existence. There is a tendency to accept as real or valid ideas and experiences that fit the story, and there is a tendency to reject as unreal or invalid whatever does not conform to the story.
Stories can be limiting, and they can also be liberating.
A limiting story reinforces the framework of belief systems and discourages exploring outside the story.
A liberating story supports one in popping out of the framework of their beliefs.
The world is a story.
Reality is not a story. Reality cannot be contained or conveyed by any story. Reality is beyond all stories.
The Truth is not a story. The Truth cannot be contained or conveyed by any story. The Truth is beyond all stories.
