This post is a seed for a future article about a “theory of change” that resonates maximally. A leader or organization that works along these lines is operating in the “Clear Light” stage of consciousness.
The overarching goal
The one real and comprehensive change that all are working toward, whether it is recognized or not, is the awakening of Divinity within manifestation, which elevates manifestation beyond the experience of separation. This is the overarching goal, which is optimal for all and is the greatest fulfillment for all.
The practice
The most direct path of awakening Divinity within manifestation is to take one totally resonant step at a time. This can be accomplished through sourcing and Resonance Mapping, which enable one to identify potential steps that are totally aligned with all of life.
The choice
To the extent that one is able to discern alignment and resonance with all of life, and follow that signal by taking one totally resonant step at a time, one is contributing to the comprehensive change that is the overarching goal.
To the extent that one is willing to learn how to identify and take totally resonant steps, life brings teachers and situations that are supportive of cultivating the necessary capacities.
To the extent that one works to master the ability to take one totally resonant step at a time, life delivers experiences of increasing effortlessness and flow.
To the extent that one has the capacity to take totally resonant steps, but chooses not to do so, one experiences elevated levels of dissonance, disturbance, and tumult.
The dissonance, disturbance, and tumult support one in (a) recognizing the importance of taking one totally resonant step at a time, (b) recognizing the opportunity to cultivate greater capability and mastery, and (c) committing to an ongoing practice of discerning and following the signals of total resonance with all of life.
The effortlessness and flow are signals that one is aligning with life. The dissonance, disturbance, and tumult are signals that one is not aligning with life. There is no punishment involved, just encouraging and corrective feedback.
In nondual realization it is clear that each seeming individual is life. When one aligns with life, one aligns with their real nature. As one aligns with all of life, one is fulfilled.
When one is established in unwavering total alignment with all of life, the awakening of Divinity within manifestation is realized and the comprehensive change is achieved.
Subsidiary goals
Although there is only one real and comprehensive change, there appear to be many goals that might not be obviously connected with the overarching goal of awakening Divinity within manifestation. These may be regarded as subsidiary goals.
All goals that are completely aligned with life are one with the overarching goal. These goals are achieved with total effortlessness and flow. Goals that are highly, though not completely, aligned with life tend to be achieved with relative, though not total, effortlessness and flow.
To the extent that any goal or objective is less than completely aligned with the overarching goal, there will be dissonance, disturbance, and tumult.
Thus it is advisable to choose subsidiary goals that are completely aligned, or as highly aligned as possible, with the awakening of Divinity within manifestation. This may be achieved through sourcing and Resonance Mapping. In this way, all subsidiary goals contribute most powerfully to the one real and comprehensive change.
