Darkness

  • The relative absence of constraints (freedom from).
  • Doubt about THE SUPREME.
  • Ignorance of Divinity/God/Source.
  • Ignorance of THE SUPREME.
  • Darkness, in a spiritual sense, is the apparent absence of THE SUPREME. THE SUPREME can only seem to be absent if there is confusion/doubt/ignorance about THE SUPREME.
  • Darkness, in a spiritual sense, is unconsciousness.
  • Darkness contrasts with the metaphorical “light” of consciousness, which represents awareness and knowing of THE SUPREME.
  • In Supreme Reality, there is no confusion, doubt, or ignorance about THE SUPREME and, as such, there is no darkness.
  • In Supreme Reality, there is no unconsciousness and, as such, there is no darkness.
  • As there is only THE SUPREME, there is only Supreme Reality. If “darkness” seems to have meaning then there is confusion, doubt, or ignorance about THE SUPREME.
  • As there is only THE SUPREME, there is only Supreme Reality. If “darkness” seems to have meaning then there is unconsciousness.
