Sourced co-leadership

  • The practice of collective leadership in which the individuals listen deeply for guidance and information from beyond ego and the individual personality, share what they receive, and discern together the optimal course of action.
  • Sourced co-leadership works best when the individuals are operating beyond ego (to the extent possible), and the higher levels of sourced co-leadership are inaccessible to ego. Thus it is important for the people involved to resolve their personal traumas as these tend to reinforce the egoic patterns of defendedness and victimhood.
  • The levels of sourced co-leadership reflect the four levels of sourcing. Collectivity dissolves into oneness at level 3.6, at which point Supreme Source and Supreme Agency supersede collective leadership.
  • Sourced co-leadership is how an awake superorganism operates and makes decisions.
  • Sourced co-leadership, when practiced at level 2.5+, includes partnership with the beings and intelligences of nature, with the land, and with multiple dimensions of existence.
  • Sourced co-leadership, when practiced at level 2.5+, is a form of governance that works optimally for all beings and is supremely equitable.
