Table of Contents for Root Meanings

General notes:

  • Root Meanings is a work in progress that will continue to emerge and evolve. All entries are subject to evolution.
  • The entries in Root Meanings have been sourced and refined until they calibrate all the way for truth. Older entries may need to be updated for this to be the case.
  • The primary criterion for inclusion in Root Meanings is calibration for truth. These entries are not intended to be consistent with any pre-existing spiritual teachings or traditions. The entries in Root Meanings may differ from or go beyond widely accepted teachings. Moreover, some of what has been sourced may be novel.
  • Many excellent and useful definitions are not yet included. If you would like to make a suggestion, you may do so here.
  • If you find Root Meanings to be helpful, please considering sponsoring this work or making a donation. Your support helps to ensure that the definitions will continue to be refined and offered free of charge to the world.
  • The intention is to distribute Root Meanings under a suitable Creative Commons license before the end of the decade. In the meantime, unless otherwise noted, all works in progress and the final work are copyright Jeff Vander Clute.

Telepathy

  • Mind-to-mind communication.
  • The capacity to communicate directly through consciousness.
  • Telepathy occurs within nonlocal consciousness.
  • Telepathy occurs within the shared interior of individuals.
  • Telepathy is not limited by distance.
  • Telepathy is also not limited by time. Mind-to-mind communication can occur between two times.
  • Telepathy can also occur between different realms of existence.
  • What is transmitted is raw understanding that can be accompanied by images, words, or sensations.
  • The speed of telepathy is not limited by the speed of light. What requires time is the transduction of nonlocal communication into local forms of communication such as spoken and written words, numbers, and other symbols.
  • Telepathy is a capacity inherent in human consciousness, though at present it is not widely expressed.
  • Telepathy is logical and natural when one realizes that there is only one Mind.
  • Telepathy will become common and generally acknowledged within a generation (by 2040).
  • What is called telepathy is an opening into a much greater reality.
  • Although relatively advanced, telepathy is still part of the illusion of separation. In the absence of the illusion of separation, the One knows the One directly. When the One knows the One directly, communication is unnecessary.
  • Telepathy is an intermediate level of communication that is an evolution beyond the reliance on outer forms of communication. The immediate, direct knowing of oneness is an evolution beyond telepathy.
