Revision: 19 June 2025
Recently it occurred to me that the spectrum of perspectives – which correspond to stages of the development of consciousness – was incomplete on the “deep end.” This sparked me to source and sketch out descriptions for the 6th, 7th, and 8th perspectives.
1st person perspective: Self-oriented perspective [max depth of 6.0 on Levels of I]
2nd person perspective: Other-oriented perspective [max depth of 6.0]
3rd person perspective: Collective-oriented perspective [max depth of 5.0]
4th person perspective: Broadly collective to universal perspective [max depth of 4.0]
5th person perspective: Projective perspective [max depth of 3.0]
6th person perspective: Source perspective [max depth of 2.0].
This is the perspective of Creator/God/Source. Creator, God, and Source are combinations of aspects of THAT which I am / which YOU are / which WE are most deeply.
6th person perspective can be regarded as a “person” to the extent that it is the origin of the one Expression, which prisms into seemingly countless individual expressions and yet never separates from the origin.
7th perspective: Supreme Perspective [max depth of 1.0].
This is the perspective of THE SUPREME, which is THAT which I am / YOU are / WE are most deeply. THE SUPREME cannot be contained or adequately pointed to by words such as Creator, God, and Source, which are laden with concepts and historical meaning.
THE SUPREME = THAT = THIS = Supreme I / YOU / WE
In this perspective, all is THE SUPREME and yet something might not realize this.
The 7th perspective is beyond what can naturally be regarded as a person.
8th perspective: Absolute perspective [max depth of 0.0]
This is the perspective of totally established absolute awakeness. Said another way, this is the perspective of totally aperspectival direct knowing of unicity.
In this perspective, all is THE SUPREME unwaveringly. All is THE SUPREME and there is nothing that does not realize this.
The 8th perspective is totally beyond what can naturally be regarded as a person.
Absolute absolute awakeness is the zero point of awakeness at which neither “absolute” nor “relative” is meaningful.
