In late 2016, the inspiration arose to source the stages of organizational consciousness beyond those articulated in the celebrated book Reinventing Organizations. This led to the publication of an article on the consciousness of “Radiant Organizations.” The below table shows the stages described in Reinventing Organizations followed by descriptions of the radiant stages.

• The original article has been superseded by more recent work.
• The stages after Clear Light go beyond the scope of the 2016 article as well as other frameworks for stages of consciousness that I have encountered to date.
• The “Being Source” stage introduces the concept of an “infinite bottom line.”
